Subscription Refunds
Eligibility: Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that severely impact your ability to use our services and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability extending beyond 24 consecutive hours
Ineligible for Refunds:
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase or renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with the creative output or AI-generated results
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
- Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions (when applicable)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@inspyra.app with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant supporting information
Processing Time
- We will review all refund requests within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
Discretionary Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer refunds outside the above criteria at our sole discretion. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note that canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
